3-on-3 Basketball Tournament

MEEKER I The Main Street Madness 3-on-3 basketball tournament was played on the old elementary school playground in downtown Meeker and featured 16 teams. Play was divided into four brackets.

The first place team in the junior high boys’ division went to the Pure Shots, made up of players Gavyn Garr, Kale Burke and Brennan Jensen.
Taking first place in the high school combined boys’ and girls’ division was the Slam Dunkers. Teammates on the squad were: Halle Ahrens, Lori Ann Klinglesmith, Maggie Phelan and Reese Pertile.
Claiming first place in the adult female division was the team called the Phelan Dawgs, made up of Reagan, Kinsey, Kieran and Victoria Phelan.
Capturing first place in the adult male division was the team of 3-1/2 Men. Teammates were Jorge Valdez, Rene Valdez, Raul Valdez and Errol Ormesher.
