4-H Council celebrates May Day

Meeker 4-H Council members met on Tuesday, May 1, for May Day to make and deliver goodie baskets around town and to the Wing. 4-H’ers also potted some flowers in a lovely pot which they took to the residents of the Wing. Not much business was done at the meeting but a lot of baskets were made and plenty of candy was eaten. The next council meeting will be Thursday, June 7 at 2 p.m. with a special presentation about the Capitol Christmas Tree.
