MEEKER | The Sheep and Goat Club met Sunday, March 14. Morgan called the meeting to order. Aly called roll. Mason gave a treasurer’s report and we have a total of $570.16. There will be a meeting on April 6 for officers’ training and it will be at 5 p.m. The weigh-in will be May 5. We will have showmanship practice. There will be a jackpot on June 26. We had demonstrations. The demonstrations were: How to prepare your sheep pen, goat information, sheep byproducts, sheep breeds, and how to feed your lamb. The next meeting will be held April 5 at 7 p.m.
Breaking Bread Ministry continues to provide a free meal every Thursday from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at Richards Hall, on the corner of Fourth and Park streets in Meeker.
