After Birth Ball tickets available

MEEKER I The annual After Birth Ball, celebrating the end of the stock birthing season, will be held April 26 at the Fairfield Center, 200 Main St., in Meeker.
The event, which includes a social hour at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the free dance at 9 p.m., is being sponsored by the Meeker Chapter of the FFA (Future Farmers of America) Alumni.
The band Already Gone will play at the dance.
Dinner tickets are available now from the Meeker Chamber of Commerce. They are priced at $35 per person, $15 for kids aged 10 and under or $350 for a table reserved for 10.
A silent auction will be held throughout the event and there will also be live auction items as well as an FFA Hired Hands Auction.
All proceeds will support the Meeker FFA and agricultural education.
A cash bar will be available.
