April precipitation near yearly average

RBC — April precipitation at the Upper Colorado Environmental Plant Center measured 1.66 inches and includes 9.0 inches of snow. The recorded average for April is 1.56 inches. For the year to the end of April we are 2.3 percent below our longtime average. This is an improvement from March, when we were 6.0 percent below average. The recorded average for May is 1.45 inches.
