RBC I The Bureau of Land Management announced it is extending the deadline for submitting proposals from May 14 to June 7, for public-private partnerships to establish wild horse “ecosanctuaries” on private or other non-BLM managed land. The deadline for a second set of proposals relating to ecosanctuaries that would be on a mix of private and BLM-managed land has been extended from May 24 to June 21.
