Amanda Fausett, an emergency medical technician, draws Mara Wagner’s blood at the Rangely Community Health Fair blood pre-draw over the weekend at Rangely District Hospital. Roughly 300 people had their blood drawn in preparation for the health fair on April 20. The fair, which will also be at the hospital, will run from 7-11 a.m. The fair will feature health-related topics including dental hygiene oral screenings, “Ask a Doctor” and “Ask a Pharmacist” booths, glucose testing and lab draws. Door prizes and a treadmill will also be given away.
