There will be a memorial parade for Elliott Burke, husband of Janice Burke, Saturday, April 16, at 12:30 p.m. Those wishing to participate should meet at White River Market prior to the start. The parade will end at 1 p.m. at the Rangely Cemetery. The National Guard and Rangely Police department will be in attendance. Elliott will be honored with a 21-gun salute at the cemetery.
