Burnell promoted to private first class

MEEKER I Jonathan Burnell, currently stationed at Fort Drum, N.Y., has received his second promotion — to private first class. He is the son of Sam Burnell and Jody and Caleb Gardner. Siblings are Jefrey and Cherokee Burnell. He is the grandson of Terry and Betty Jo Oliver of Rozet, Wyo., and Curt and Bev Burnell of Belmont, N.Y. Great grandparents are Fuzz and Roberta Cook of Meeker, Helen Ruth Oliver of Casper, Wyo., and Ruby Kemp of Belmont, N.Y.
