• WRBM Septemberfest cribbage tournament will be held Sunday, Sept. 4 beginning at 2 p.m. at the Rangely Elks Club at 633 Main St. This year’s tournament will be a single-play, double-elimination format. Tournament participation is $10 per person. All are welcome to participate.

• The Meeker Library Book Club meets at 1 p.m. the second Monday of each month (excluding holidays). The next meeting with be Sept. 12. We will be discussing “The End of Your Life Book Club” by Wil Schwalbe. All interested readers are welcome. Stop by the Meeker Library for details.

• Free legal clinic at Meeeker Public Library. Sept. 6 from 2-3:30 p.m. for parties who have no attorney. By computer link, volunteer attorneys will answer questions, help fill out forms, and explain the process and procedure for all areas of civil litigation, including family law, property law, probate law, collections, appeals, landlord-tenant law, small claims, veterans issues, and civil protection orders.
