Letters To The Editor
Letter: Obama shouldn’t be criticizing Arizona
I find it disgusting that the president of the United States is traveling around the country criticizing the state government of Arizona for taking action on a problem ignored by his administration.
Letter: Out-of-town support for Coach Hallie Blunt
Most of you may know me. By the time I get done with this, you will know what’s on my mind. This is in regards to the coach Blunt issue. I may be a bit slow; it takes a few days to get the paper. But where are your school[Read More…]
Letter: Thanks to all who have helped Kacey
Since Kacey’s radiation treatment in March, she is finally getting back to her old self. Although the tumor shrank quite a bit from the radiation, the fight is far from over. She doesn’t need to see any more doctors until June 14 for a follow-up MRI.

Letter: Robert Ormsbee Jr. can inspire youth

Letter: Fritzlan’s will be closed to the public
Fritzlan’s Cafe is closed to the public this year. Due to gas prices and economy, we had less drop-ins last year. Also, help is hard to find and keep that will stay until after hunting seasons are over.
Letter: New hospital would keep Rangely rolling
I would like to address the hospital topic in Rangely. As everyone knows, we enjoy a life of peace in our rural community. There are things that we have to have and a hospital that is capable of meeting the needs of all is a necessity. Just as you check[Read More…]
Letter: Why aren’t “experts” out there coaching?
Be a coach … I don’t think so. As the wife of a coach for many years and the mother of a coach for quite a few, I have about seen and heard it all. The one thing I have learned for sure is that the people in the stands[Read More…]
