MEEKER | Todd Young, who has been the manager of the Meeker branch of First National Bank of the Rockies, has been appointed senior vice president, retail banking-northern region.
In his new capacity, Young will oversee operations of FNBR’s offices in Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Oak Creek, Craig and Meeker. He will continue to live in Meeker.
“I will be staying in Meeker for the long haul,” Young said.
In another announcement, Greg Dixson, who works out of FNBR’s Steamboat Springs office, has been appointed executive vice president and chief credit administrator. He will manage the credit practices for all FNBR locations.
The announcements were made July 21.
“Both of these gentlemen have exhibited extraordinary customer service and management skills,” Pete Waller, FNBR president and CEO, said. “In giving them more focused responsibilities in their respective positions, our goal is to further enhance the quality service our bank is known for.”
