Notice is hereby given that the following proposed construction activity warrants public comment: ETC Canyon Pipeline, LLC proposes to modify and operate an oil and natural gas gathering facility known as the Greasewood Gas Plant. Since the operator will accept emissions limits less than 10 tons per year any single hazardous air pollutant (HAP) and 25 tons per year total combined HAP, this source will be considered a synthetic minor source not subject to MACT review. The source will have permitted emissions less than 100 tons per year for criteria pollutants and will be considered a new synthetic minor source not subject to Title V Operating Permit requirements. SENIOR CITIZEN’S WATER RATE REDUCTION PROGRAM If you live in a household with one family member who is 64 years or older, as shown by a birth certificate, school records, and military discharge documents or other supporting documentation acceptable to the Town of Meeker, you may qualify for a reduced water rate during the months of May through September. Eligible households receive the first 8,000 gallons of water free each month (a savings of $24.00 per month). Usage over 8,000 gallons per month will be billed at the rate of $1.00 cents per 1,000 gallons. To qualify for the program, the total gross family income for all residents of the household must be less than onethousand, four hundred eighty two dollars and fifty three cents per month ($1,482.53) or seventeen thousand, seven hundred ninety dollars and forty cents ($17,790.40) per year as evidenced by the federal income tax returns for all household members for the year 2010. If you are not required to file an income tax return, please provide copies of all non taxable income received by the household for the year 2010.
