The Rangely Moms Group gives pregnant women and mothers of newborns through elementary school-aged children time to take a break, join in discussions and crafts, and build relationships with other moms. Applications will be accepted for the following job opening in Rangely, Utah:
Receptionist/Cashier
Position duties includes, but not limited to, answering telephone calls from the consumers and general public. Records and relays messages concerning in completed telephone calls. Answers radio and forwards messages. Is trained in emergency radio response procedures. Sends follow-up letters to disconnected accounts with balances. Carries out “written off” accounts collection procedures and supplies data to collection agency for electric accounts. Maintains and reconciles “written off” account records. Post daily cash envelopes, and assumes cashier duties as required. Responsible for scanning of billing paperwork, accounts payable, purchase orders, and work orders. Maintains confidentiality of items scanned.
Education/Experience
High School education or equivalent required, with one-year experience meeting and working with the general public. Must be able to communicate and deal tactfully and pleasantly with the general public. Keyboard proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
