2016 RED WASH CRUSHING PROJECT
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 12th day of December, 2016 at Meeker, Colorado, final settlement will be authorized by the Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners with Precision Excavating of 1545 West Jefferson, Hayden, CO 81639 for all work done by said CONTRACTOR on the project known as 2016 Red Wash Crushing Project.
1)Any person, co-partnership, association, or corporation who has an unpaid claim against the said project may at any time, up to and including the date specified in item 2 below, file a VERIFIED STATEMENT of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claims.
2)All such claims shall be filed with Van Pilaud, County Engineer, Rio Blanco County Road & Bridge Department, 570 2nd Street, Meeker, Colorado 81641 on or before December 1, 2016.
3)Failure on the part of a creditor to file such a statement will relieve Rio Blanco County from any and all liability for such claim.

PR-03 added a wall in Room 320 and revised the ceiling type and lighting in the South stairwell. •Consent 24_Budget Variance Request – C027 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to fund costs for 2H Mechanical, Inc., to furnish and install (3) gas pressure regulators per RFI-048 added a gas pressure regulator at the boiler, generator, and gas unit heater because gas pressure to the building was changed from low pressure to medium pressure in an amount not to exceed $1,441.00.
•Consent 25_Budget Variance Request – C029 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to fund costs for RFI-028-R2 relocating electrical panels MP1 and LP1 from Room 117 to the adjacent elevator shaft. Additionally a steel grate floor, hollow metal frame, and wood door were added in order to allow access to the elevator shaft in an amount not to exceed $2,110.00.
•Consent 26_Budget Variance Request – C030 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to fund costs for RFI-060R which changed Door 319B from a 3’ wide door to a 2’8” wide door. Additionally a steel lintel will be added at Door 320 because the existing lintel is not wide enough for a 3’ wide door in an amount not to exceed $1,133.00.
•Consent 27_Budget Variance Request – C031 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to fund costs to provide casework in Room 217 as detailed in Reilly Johnson Architecture’s response to RFI-017. Sheet A2.2 of the 100% Construction Documents indicates new casework in Room 217 in an amount not to exceed $1,218.00.
•Consent 28_Budget Variance Request – C033 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to fund costs for Innovative Painting Systems to paint drywall reveals as directed per RFI-065. RFI-065 provided direction to paint drywall reveals shown on Sheets A14.3 and A14.4 which were not previously indicated to be painted per the Construction Documents in an amount not to exceed $225.00.
•Consent 29_Budget Variance Request – C034 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to reallocate costs for the installation of the corner guards per RFI-023. As directed per RFI-023, all (30) corner guards to be provided for this project are to be contractor furnished, owner installed resulting in a credit of $570.00.
•Consent 30_Budget Variance Request – C035 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to fund costs to adjust the windows in IT Room 137 as indicated in RFI-067 in an amount not to exceed $645.00.
•Consent 31_Budget Variance Request – C036 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to fund costs to add a column for the steel lintel in between Rooms 223 and 225 as indicated per RFI-068 in an amount not to exceed $725.00.
•Consent 32_Budget Variance Request – C037 FCI Constructors Inc., RBC Courthouse Renovation Project 10-16-014 to reallocate funds with (36) acoustical wall panels that were deleted from the Commissioner’s Hearing Room per RFI-069. Cost will be reallocated from Superior Drywall’s subcontract to Contractor’s Contingency resulting in a credit of $1,159.00.

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, December 12, 2016, the Rio Blanco County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing beginning at 1:15 p.m. at the Rio Blanco County Justice Center, 455 Main Street, Meeker, Colorado to consider the following:
William Goedert Variance VAR-0001-16. Board of Adjustment: Applicant is requesting a variance to allow an indoor riding arena to be 5 foot from the property line. The properties is located at 5028 County Road 15, Meeker, Colorado, in Section 11, T1N, R93W, and the 6th P.M.
