PUBLIC NOTICE – Colorado Northwestern Community College is beginning the process of Pre-Qualifying General Contractors for the Construction Development of the new Craig Campus. PROJECT DESCRIPTION – Colorado Northwestern Community College requests submittals for pre-qualification of General Contractors for two new buildings, the Academic Building and the Career Technical Center, at the new Craig, Colorado campus. Site Development work covering approximately 18.7 acres associated with the buildings such as grading, site drainage, site paving, landscaping, site utilities, site irrigation, and other site infrastructure is included.
