The proposed overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for fiscal years 2016-2018 for the Rangely Airport, Rangely, CO is 2.54% to be reached via Race Conscious means. The proposed goal and its rational are available for inspection for 30 days following the date of this notice (October 1, 2016) by going to www.gdaengineers.com/client/index.php
Proposed DBE goals are located in the “DBE Goals” folder. Comments on this proposed DBE Goal will be accepted in writing (via US Mail or email) for 45 days following the date of this notice (October 16, 2016).

Request for Bids
The Town of Rangely is seeking construction services for remodeling of 5,116 SF of the existing Town Hall which will include a new fully automatic sprinkler system. The intent of this notice is for a request for bids on the different disciplines. Information, specs, and documents can be picked up at Town Hall or electronically e-mailed by request. Proposals shall be submitted to and received by the Town of Rangely at 209 E. Main St. Rangely Co. 81648, no later than September 15, 2016 12:00 pm. Proposals may be hand-delivered, mailed, e-mailed, or delivered by courier or facsimile. Confidentiality of proposals received in an unsealed manner, such as facsimile, cannot be assured.
