A truck was towed to Northwest Auto after a 1,000 pound drill head fell off a flatbed traveling east on Highway 64 and went completely through the pictured truck, owned by Lufkin Industries and driven by Justin Larson 28, of Vernal, Utah. Larson said he swerved “to get out of the way,” crossed the road and stopped less than two feet from going over what he called a “cliff.” Larson was visibly shaken but not seriously injured.
