MEEKER | Finish projects while learning quilting techniques such as how to use a rotary cutter and ruler to measure and cut fabric accurately, improve your piecing, fabric and color selection, how to apply borders and bindings. Bring your own projects or ask the instructor for help to choose a pattern to make. 3-6p.m. Wednesdays Jan. 22 to Feb. 26 at Richards Hall, 368 Fourth St. in Meeker.Cost is $90.
