RBC I The next meeting of the Community Networking Group will meet Tuesday from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Weiss Conference Room on the Colorado Northwestern Community College campus in Rangely.
Guest speaker for August will be Bill deVergie, the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) Area 6 wildlife manager out of Meeker. He will speak about programs and projects in and around Rio Blanco County involving CPW personnel.
If there are big changes coming to CPW in the region or in the state, deVergie will share this information too. Pizza, salad and dessert will be served.
Other speakers on the agenda include: College President Russell George and Peggy Rector from CNCC; Nick Goshe, the CEO of Rangely District Hospital; Matt Scoggins, the RE-4 School Superintendent, Rangely Town Manager Peter Brixius; Rangely Mayor Frank Huitt; County Commissioners Jeff Eskelson, Shawn Bolton and Jon Hill; WRBM Administrator Tim Webber; Mark Foust, superintendent of Dinosaur National Monument; Rangely Chamber of Commerce Executive Director/Rangely City Council member Kristin Steele; Rangely Police Chief Vince Wilczak, County Sheriff Anthony Mazzola; Moon Lake Electric Board Chairman Brad Casto; and others.
