RBC | Connections 4 Kids, the Early Childhood Council of Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties has received funding for the Health Integration Initiative through The Colorado Trust Foundation. This is a 3-year project to provide intervention, disease prevention, parent education and referral resources for oral health care in children 0-3 years old. The council is implementing the Cavity Free at 3 Program as their framework for outreach and recruitment. They are searching for a coordinator in the near future to implement the program.
