MEEKER | Bill and Margaret Crawford of Greeley celebrated their 60th anniversary with a trip to the Pacific Northwest, given to them by their daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Joseph Manzanares. First, they flew to Boise, Idaho, and then drove to Long Creek, Ore., to the 80th birthday party of Bill’s cousin Greta Mae Guick Carr and her husband Clayton. They then traveled on to Spokane to visit Bill’s 93-year-old aunt Barbara Crawford. The next adventure was talking the clipper ship to Victoria, British Columbia, visiting the Butchart Gardens and having high tea at the Empress Hotel, touring the BC Royal Museum and China Town. The trip ended with a weekend stay with the couple’s grandson Eric and his family in Snoqualmie, Wash., taking in the Navy’s Blue Angels air show.
