MEEKER I Property owners (or the individuals responsible for the property) are required to cut and remove weeds and brush, including weeds in adjacent alleys and public rights-of-way between June 10-20 and again between Aug.1-10. Property owners who fail to comply may be cited and required to appear in municipal court. If the town has to remove the weeds and brush, it may assess a tax lien against those properties that have failed to comply.
