RBC — Prospective members of the new Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) chapter forming in Craig got a lot of information and encouragement on Oct. 4 at a membership workshop held in Craig.
Seven Colorado State officers traveled to Craig to help search family lineage and fill out membership applications. The first application for the new group was completed and signed at the workshop with several more in progress.
The officers were impressed with the Craig group and enjoyed their lunch at the Museum of Northwest Colorado where the workshop was held.
They also presented the history of the DAR to the group attending.
