Donkey basketball fundraiser set for MHS tonight by FFA

MEEKER I Rodeo stars may be born during the wild and crazy “Dairyland Donkey Basketball Show” at Meeker High School today, starting at 7:30 p.m.
Donkey basketball is basketball played on live donkeys. It is wilder than a rodeo and funnier than a circus.
All local players will be riding, so come out and see someone you know try to ride a donkey and play basketball at the same time. It is a thrill a minute, a spill a minute.
This fun-filled show is sponsored by the Meeker FFA Chapter and the Meeker School District. All proceeds benefit the Meeker FFA Chapter for scholarships, operational costs and travel expenses to career and leadership development events.
Advance tickets can be purchased from Meeker FFA members or by contacting Trina Smith at 970-309-1652.
Tickets will also be sold at the door, space permitting.
