Recently, Rangely Elks Lodge No. 1907 hosted new District Deputy Kirk Biesemeyer. On Oct. 16, the lodge hosted Elks First Vice President Tom Fraker and his wife, Debi.
Fraker said it was his annual visit to the lodge, and he said he likes to visit all lodges at least once a year to check on how things are going and to push for new membership, especially with younger members so the lodges continue to grow. Don Reid, exalted ruler of the Rangely lodge, said the visit went well and that the things the lodge needs to work on are doable with efforts on the part of all local Elks.
