RBC I EnCana Oil & Gas is in search of high school seniors who exhibit a solid academic record, embody community involvement and leadership, and plan to pursue a post-secondary education related to the oil and gas industry.
Scholarship recipients will be awarded a maximum of $10,000 or $2,500 per year for up to four years. One scholarship will be awarded annually to one graduating senior in EnCana’s Piceance Basin area of operation, including the following high schools: Coal Ridge, Grand Valley, Meeker, Rangely and Rifle.
Last year’s scholarship recipients were Jared Doll of Meeker High School, Michael Larson of Coal Ridge High School, Francisco Lavis of Rifle High School, Peter Walz of Rangely High School, and Derek Witt of Grand Valley High School.
