Engagement: Tate~Watson

MEEKER — Mike and Vicky Tate would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda, to Capt. William Watson. Amanda is a 2000 graduate of Meeker High School, a 2003 grad of UNC, and she received her master’s degree from NAU in 2007. Will is a 1999 graduate of Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., and a 2004 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. Amanda is currently employed by Butler County Special Education as a school psychologist in Eldorado, Kan. Will is a KC-135 pilot in the Air Force, stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kan. The couple plan to marry July 5 at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. They currently reside in Wichita.
