MEEKER — February precipitation at the plant center measured 1.18 inches and included 14.5 inches of snow. That is slightly above the longtime average of only 1.00 inch. For the year to the end of February we are 43.3 percent above the longtime average, while at the end of January we were 65.2 percent above average. March is a month with more precipitation, averaging 1.50 inches.
