RANGELY | The Brian Lewis family at 122 Foothill Dr., received 17 nominations from residents saying that this is the best this yard has ever looked. He received the Golden Spade award for the most improved yard in Rangely. Lewis grew up in this house and moved away. He came back with his family and they have done a lot of hard work on their place.
