RBC | Everyone is invited to “Homesteading in Rio Blanco County,” presented by the Rio Blanco County Historical Society on Sunday. The presentation will take place at Richards Hall, located on the corner of Park Avenue and Fourth Street in Meeker. Luncheon will start at 1 p.m., and folks are asked to bring a salad or dessert to share. The program will run from 2 to 3 p.m. with the presentation of early homesteaders in Rio Blanco County featuring stories and photos.
