A Night At Hogwarts returns to Parkview Elementary School on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. The Harry Potter-themed fundraiser helps cover teachers’ extra supply costs and pays for the event’s continuation. Last year, the event drew more than 300 people and raised $4,400. There are $10 family tickets and $3 individual tickets that can be purchased at Parkview’s main office through the night of the event. There are $1 Galleons to pay for sweets, magic tricks and more in Diagon Alley, but most activities and classes are included with an entrance ticket. Quidditch games, the Owlery and a dress-up photo booth will be back, along with several new draws. “We will have two bubble classes this year,” organizer Vicki Douglas said. “There will be a roaming Monster Book, Slytherine the Snake, a Glow Worm class, The Marauders Map and The Leaky Cauldron as new activities. Everything else will be back!” For more information, call Parkview at 675-2267.
