Nancy is the eligibility supervisor for the Rio Blanco County Social Services Department where she has worked for the past 32 years.
Jim and Nancy have two sons. Their son Matthew Harris, his wife Bridgette and children Christopher, Shandra and Cassidy Griffin live in Craig. Matthew is the caseworker supervisor for Moffat County Social Services. Their other son, Timothy Harris, and his wife Megan live in Denver. Timothy is a personal trainer with Pura Vida. Megan works for her father in the family business, Hearing Associates. Both Matt and Tim attended Meeker schools and are Meeker High School graduates.
“We love being with family and going camping. Jimmy loves to hunt and my hobbies are stain glass and quilting,” Nancy said.
“We moved to Meeker because it was so pretty and clean. It’s a great place to raise a family. I love Meeker. We’ll definitely stay here when we retire,” Nancy added.
