RBC I Preliminary results of a countywide housing needs assessment will be presented Jan. 25 in Meeker and Jan. 26 in Rangely.
The public is invited to attend.
“It’s important we have their input,” said Meeker Town Administrator Sharon Day. “We can’t do it without them.”
The Meeker presentation will be at 7 p.m. on the 25th in the board room at Town Hall. The Rangely presentation will be at noon on the 26th during the Community Networking Group meeting at the Weiss Activity Center on the Colorado Northwestern Community College campus.
Representatives of RRC Associates of Boulder and Rees Consulting of Crested Butte, who conducted the survey, will be on hand to make the presentations.
“They will finish it up after they get the public input,” Day said. “People really do have an opportunity to help mold the future of housing in Meeker, Rangely and Rio Blanco County.”
