Reese Lucero sports a colorful butterfly from the face-painting booth at the Rio Blanco Board of Cooperative Educational Services Children’s Health Fair in Rangely. The annual fairs happened in Rangely April 1-2 and in Meeker April 8-9. Seventy children from birth through age 5 attended the Rangely event while 50 children took part in the Meeker event.
