Dear Editor:
There are those people who touch the lives of all they come in contact with. The Walbridge Wing staff was lucky to have worked alongside and served such a person with Leland “Mac” McClain.
Mac volunteered his time for 13 years in various areas of service to Walbridge Wing residents, calling Bingo numbers and visiting with patients who were ill in the hospital. When Mac became a Wing resident, he picked right up in his duties, continuing to call Bingo and bringing smiles to his fellow residents.
Thank you for your years of volunteer service, Mac McClain! You are one of a kind and you will be missed!
