MEEKER — A lot of volunteer labor and materials went in to making the new sign at Highland Cemetery. Among the donating businesses were C.J. Mud of Meeker, which did the concrete pads; and Rock Hawg Construction of Meeker, which did excavation work, said Art Cox, cemetery director.
