Madrid case continued

phlucianomadridRANGELY I Luciano Madrid will have to wait awhile longer for a plea agreement.
Madrid, arrested April 21 in Rangely for selling methamphetamine, had his case continued Friday in district court, because of the unavailability of an interpreter.
“I would like to continue the case for two weeks,” public defender Jim Conway, who is representing Madrid, told the judge. “Mr. Madrid understands this will happen.”
Madrid’s next appearance will be July 31 in Meeker. He continues to be held at the Rio Blanco County Detention Center.
“We have the deal for you, but (the interpreter) needs to read the paper to you,” Conway told his client. “So, in two weeks, is that OK? You’ll get credit (for time served).”
