MEEKER I The Meeker Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce three new members this month: Black Mountain Glass in Craig, Clark’s Big Burger and Scentsy salesperson Jackie Pozorski. Check out our website for more information on these businesses.

If your business has a celebration or special event coming up, let us know. We will be glad to help promote you and your event. Each month, the Meeker Chamber of Commerce randomly selects several members to become that month’s member of the month. This month, Aspen Leaf Drug Testing, Meeker Realty and Sable Mountain Outfitters are July’s members of the month.  Aspen Leaf Drug Testing was opened by Suzanne Gerloff in January 2009. After attending state courses to become a certified addiction counselor, Suzanne realized the importance of companies being able to access an on-call DOT-certified collection site locally. The need for this service in the community was clear when she was required to send her own employees to Rifle for mandatory state drug testing. With Ramona Atchley and Shawnie Moody, Aspen Leaf offers quality affordable drug collection locally.“We provide fast accurate drug collection and alcohol testing for pre-employment, DOT, non-DOT, random, post-accident, probation and concerned parents. Hair follicle, DNA and instant drug testing are also available. If you have your employees in a random draw, Aspen Leaf can do the collection by the employer (by) simply sending in the employee with the paperwork and we do the rest. Our company works directly with DISA, Intermountain Toxicology, 4-Corners and Quest,” Gerloff stated. All Aspen Leaf Drug Testing employees are Department of Transportation certified and Lifeloc Breath Alcohol Content certified. The office is open for walk-in service Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to1 p.m. but a collector is available for appointments at your convenience. They also offer a 24-hour on-call service for post-accident or emergencies. Aspen Leaf Drug Testing is located at 733 Main Suite 105 in Meeker. Suzanne Gerloff would like to take this opportunity to thank all of their clients.
