A fund has been set up at First National Bank of the Rockies to help the Martin family with medical and other expenses during this difficult time. Donations to the fund can be sent to P.O. Box 600, Meeker, CO 81641. Cards can be addressed to the family at P.O. Box 125, Meeker, CO 81641.
The Facebook group “Prayers for the Martin Family” set up the day after the accident expanded to more than 2,000 members within 24 hours.
Wayne Clark, husband of former Meeker resident Tanya Mobley, was killed Saturday in a snowmobiling accident. Clark leaves behind his wife, Tanya, and three children.

And a birthday greeting goes out to Curll Kline, celebrating his birthday Jan. 28. Curll has been ill and is recovering in the warm climate of Yuma, Ariz., according to his wife Linda.
