Witnesses reported seeing an assembly of ants on a downtown sidewalk this week. Yet another herald of spring’s annual visit. Although we are still expecting snow in the weeks to come. As Mark Twain put it, “In the Spring, I have counted 136 different kinds of weather inside of 24 hours.” Some things never change.
It has come to Harold’s attention that the friendliest employees work in coffee shops and liquor stores. An interesting observation, don’t you think?
Facebook users, be wary of those “copy and paste” status messages that ask you to post answers to common security questions on financial and other sensitive Web sites. Several were seen this week, including “where you were born,” “your mother’s maiden name,” “what was your first car,” and so on.
A big congratulations to Rogers and Marlene Meredith, who recently adopted a beautiful baby girl, Naomi.
