It’s amazing how quickly things can dry out around here. Just a reminder we do live in a semi-arid region, in spite of our soggy month of June.
County fair is coming! Get your best artwork, handicrafts and floral arrangements and baked good together for the county-wide friendly competition. Time to perfect that banana bread or blueberry muffin recipe!
There was a lot going on last weekend, starting Friday with another free outdoor concert sponsored by the recreation district. On Saturday, besides the usual spate of yard sales, folks enjoyed the new farmer’s market downtown, followed by the chamber’s second annual Bark in the Park festivities.
