Some say autumn is Colorado’s best season of the year, with the combination of pleasant temperatures, displays of fall color and hunting. Word is the leaves are turning a few weeks earlier than usual, so you might want to plan ahead for your fall color drive. The Flattops Scenic Byway is rumored to be among the best of Colorado’s viewing opportunities.
