On March 6, Cub Scout Pack 190 of Meeker held its annual Pinewood Derby car-racing event. The races lasted in excess of an hour and included 17 Cub Scout cars and eight open-class cars. The Cub Scout first-place winner was Ethan Quinn, second place went to Jeremy Woodward, Colby Clatterbaugh received third place, and fourth place was Brendon Clatterbaugh. The open-class event was won by Hailey and Addie Knowles with second place going to Abby Rosendahl. This event was sponsored by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Rangely Cub Scout Pack 191 awarded four of their Webelo scouts with the Arrow of Light award, the Cub Scout equivalent to the Boy Scout’s Eagle award. Related
