Meeker Streaker

MEEKER | The Meeker Streaker was busy in the month of August.
Grand Junction: Six riders went for four doctor’s appointments and a shopping day.
Craig: Three riders traveled to Craig for one doctor’s appointment and shopping.
Church: There were five days this month with 21 riders total.
Town Scenic: Ten riders went to Clark. The group visited the antique washing machine museum, Clark Store for ice cream, the Hahns Peak Lake for a picnic lunch, and the elk farm outside of Clark.
Piano Concert: Six riders went to a piano concert.
Commissioners meeting in Rangely: Eight riders attended.
Wing Trip: Eleven riders went on the picnic Wing trip.
Town Picnic: Seven riders went to the town picnic, which was a big success. When everyone finished their meal, Sharon took them on a mini scenic trip above and around Meeker.
Chuckwagon: 45 riders on 16 days with 109 stops at the post office, Watt’s, etc.
