MEEKER — The Horseless Horse 4-H club is meeting regularly every Thursday at 6 p.m. at the fairgrounds kitchen.
The group has met twice already and have many plans. On March 13-15 the group was in Denver to tour the Rocky Mountain Horse Expo in Denver. While there they listened to many clinicians about horse behavior and different horse related topics. We will also see many different breeds of horses.
Our club officers are Jamie Moyer as president, Kilee Rudkin as vice president, Julis Keeler as treasurer and Logan Rudkin as secretary and reporter. Our leader is Amanda Deerr-Miller.
The club is working on a community pride project called Daffodil Days which supports the American Cancer Society through the sale of daffodils. Look for us selling daffodils at the Meeker Chamber on March 18, 19 and 20.
