Plans for annual yard sale
RANGELY — The Rangely Museum is now open seven days a week through August. Its hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. daily and 12-4 p.m. Sundays.
The museum installed a new cement pathway with monies from Rio Blanco County. New window treatments are being installed. The treatments were purchased with a donation from EnCana.
The museum also has a new exhibit: the Ralph Abram Bryson exhibit. Bryson contracted the first deep oil well to be drilled in Rangely: the Raven A-1 Discovery Oil Well. The exhibit includes a terra cotta clay sculpture of Bryson, created by by Wendy Roberts of Rangely.
The museum’s annual yard sale will be Saturday, June 28 at the museum from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Get all those special items together you no longer need. They can be dropped off at the museum during working hours (please do not bring clothes). Help support your local museum.
