RBC I The National Forest Foundation, the White River National Forest and Yonder have partnered to bring you the #ItsAllYours photo contest.
The #ItsAllYours photo contest encourages users of Yonder and Instagram, photograph-based social media apps, to snap photos while enjoying the recreation offered on national forests and grasslands. The White River National Forest and its partners are eager to see photos entered across the nation but especially on the White River National Forest.
The contest started Feb. 1 and ends March 1. Prizes, generously donated by Backcountry.com, GoalZero, Vail Resorts Echo and Yonder, will be given out each week. Please visit www.itsallyours.us for more information on contest rules and regulations.
Users enter the competition by: Post a photo taken on national forests or grasslands on the Yonder app using the hashtag #ItsAllYours. Yonder is available for iPhone and androids; Post a photo on Instagram with the hashtag #ItsAllYours; Photos must be appropriate, as specified in the rules and regulations. Rules and regulations can be found at www.itsallyours.us. Each week during February a winner will be selected on Tuesday.
This first-ever photo contest partnership is part of a larger campaign aimed at building public awareness about recreation and stewardship on national forests and grasslands. The National Forest Foundation is the congressionally designated nonprofit of the U.S. Forest Service.
Yonder became an official partner of the U.S. Forest Service in January. The #ItsAllYours campaign was developed to promote the variety of ways you can enjoy the public lands of national forests.
