Bicycles parked outside Parkview Elementary School in Rangely represented just a segment of the nearly 300 Rangely children who participated in National Hike/Bike to School Day on Oct. 8. More than 90 preschool and kindergarten-aged children, 80 elementary children and 120 middle and high school students joined in the annual activity, the second annual event for the RE-4 district.
