“The staff is in place and everything is ready to go,” Todd Cordrey, the new superintendent for the Rangely School District said at a community barbecue held last Friday in Elks Park. “We had a great in-service week and this offers an opportunity for teachers, students and parents to build a relationship before we start with the rigor.” The Rangely School District will have several new faces, including Cordrey, who is standing next to Parkview Elementary School’s new principal Benny Bennett. Kayleyne Turner (holding her son Bryant) is a new special education teacher; Kristen Namminga is the new occupational therapist; Brownyn Caradona is the new math and world language teacher; Kaitlyn Collins is the new school psychologist and Will Namminga is also a new special education teacher.
